1. Contact

Once you reach out to us with a desire for the Full Design package, we'll email you a comprehensive form to fill out. This will help us get to know you and what your needs are.

After receiving the completed form, we will book an in-person consult. Expect an invoice for a $500 deposit (which goes towards the final design cost).
2. Consult

Meet in person to discuss and understand your vision

Clarify priorities, expectations, and budget

Analyze concerns and opportunities

Site measurements & photos to document ​​

Property research on regulations and restrictions
3. Create your Design
We will develop a comprehensive design for you, which includes:

A scaled 2D coloured drawing with custom material options for the hardscape and planting plan

A 3D coloured render of your design

Drainage and planting plan with your custom material selections

Detailed plant list and description
-
2D Lighting Plan with custom lighting options

​Physical copies of designs

As needed, custom plans for pool, sheds, outdoor kitchens, pavilions, decks, fences, and shade structures

Designed to budget

After your review, alterations can then be made at a time and material basis of $120/hour during production season and $60/hour during winter months (Jan-Mar)
4. Confirm

A quote for the construction of your design will be given with our terms of service for consideration
5. Construct the Project

After receiving a signed copy of our terms of service agreement and initial deposit, you will be booked into our schedule.
