Plot and Plan Package
Mid range option
With this package we are able to put more time and creativity into the design process, providing you with 2D digital designs for your review before construction.
1. Contact

Once you reach out to us with a desire for the Plot and Plan package, we'll email you a comprehensive form to fill out. This will help us get to know you and what your needs are.

After receiving the completed form, we will book an in-person consult. Expect an invoice for a $500 deposit that can often be enough to cover the concept design you will receive.
2. Consult

Meet in person to discuss and understand your vision

Clarify priorities, expectations, and budget

Analyze concerns and opportunities

Site measurements & photos to document ​​

Property research on regulations and restrictions
3. Create your Design

After the site visit we will develop a 2D scaled drawing in accordance with your needs and desires.

A scaled 2D black and white drawing with drainage and planting plan will be produced with your selections from our standard materials.

​A digital design will be sent for your feedback.

Alterations can then be made at a time and material basis of $120/hour during production season and $60/hour during winter months (Jan-Mar).
4. Confirm

Final design is confirmed

A quote for the construction of your design will be given with our terms of service for consideration

After receiving a signed copy of our terms of service agreement and initial project deposit, you will be booked into our schedule
5. Construct the Project
